Wrong nominal ammount in Microsfot Word document

The procedure for issuing civil bonds does not specify that the nominal amount must be hard-coded to 10,000 MKD. Additionally, in the UI, the nominal amount input field is not hard-coded and allows different values.

However, when creating a new CivilBondProspect with a nominal amount different from 10,000 MKD and generating the Microsoft Word document, the document still states that the nominal amount for one civil bond is 10,000 MKD.

The nominal amount in the generated Word document is hard-coded to 10,000 MKD, instead of reflecting the value entered during the prospect creation.
