Filters improvements

We need a unified filter design across all pages. Currently, filters appear differently on each page, with inconsistent styles and input fields placed too close together, which affects usability. For reference, here are examples from another system:

Our goal is to redesign the filters so that: they have a consistent appearance across all pages, input fields are properly spaced for better usability and the overall UI is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly.
