Study program documents page

Url: /admin/study-programs/{studyProgramId}/documents

There should be a button in the study program table actions that will show the study program documents page.

This page displays a list of all documents (without paging) for the study program StudyProgramAccreditationDocument. There should be link for downloading the document.

There should be an option to upload new document on this page, which after the upload displays the same page again.

If no name of the document is entered, it uses the type value as name.
