student consultations refactoring

  • should display all student attendances
  • the attendances should be sorted by absolute distance from now ie. the past are descending by start date, and the upcomming are ascending by start date time
  • by default it should display all upcomming if no filter is selected
  • option to report is visible only for the attendances of ended consultations
