Meeting leading

Meeting leader (ML) has "read only" access. The left side of the window contains all topics. By clicking a topic, meeting leader gets the topic details on the right side. ML can add votes and discussion. Extend meeting with boolean property isVotable. If not votable, status is changed to finished when finish button is clicked. Otherwise, it checks if votes are not empty, saves the votes and finishes the title.
