Create a prompt that will generate SQL that will fill the DB with meetings/items based on word document of a past meeting. -test different promts and results -decide whether to integrate a prompt or just generate SQL script -ask chtgpt to label the persons so that admin can choose which person it relates to. You can then iterate through the json items and use your existing methods for inserting the items.
