Course Preferences filters and import/export

Implement filters with specifications by:

• subject name like (input field)
• lecture sharing (select)
• exercise sharing (select)
• prefer online lectures (checkbox)
• prefer online exercises (checkbox)
• lab as consultations (checkbox)

Implement Import/Export options similar to the StudentSubjectEnrollmentController page with export checkbox in the filter and separate controller method
