Public Page with list of professors merge request

The task was solved in this way because I have reviewed the #11 (closed) task and I have need of services and models that are being implemented there. This can easily be adjusted and updated as soon as that branch is merged onto the dev branch. For now I am using a default image for all of the staff and I have additionally used some of the information provided about the professors. The whole resume and each image can be fixed as soon as we have the Professor Resume merged to the dev branch.
