Resolve "Scientific Project Management"

A couple of implementation details since the issue didn't have many details and I couldn't make it to last week's consultations:

  • Only the delete button works since nothing was mentioned about the add/edit page and by the looks of it you plan to have something different for international and national projects, but the current database model isn't quite built for that
  • I didn't know what should be in English and what in Macedonian, so I left the filter the English, but the rest of the buttons in Macedonian as they are for grant holders
  • Most of the searches use search bars. This is because the function for filtering in the controller did have Name at the end of all the variabes, but also because it seems more practical.
